The Institute is fully committed to its strategic objective of promoting a teaching, learning and research environment in which resources and services are consolidated and enhanced in order to provide students and staff with the necessary backup for academic excellence and a culture of life-long learning.

Apart from the central support of the Library, information technology and educational technology services for all students and staff, Learning Centres specialising in language in education, citizenship education, humanities and social services as well as special needs and inclusive education have also been set up to provide services, share resources and promote good practices.
